Quality

We have full set quality control system is to meet the quality requirements of equipments, and real-time quality measurement and supervision and inspection system.

1.For all kinds Raw material to our warehouse ,we will do the below process :Stainless steel sheet ,tube and fittings ,we will use the PMI test tool to check the material and use the thickness meter tools to check the sheet thickness etc;motor and gear box ,control system etc fittings ,we will ask the supplier to afford the Quality ceritifcate and technology documents .

2.Production process: our QC will check the production status with drawing ontime and issue the QC approve card to ensure the production process is according to the production standard.

3.For the welding process ,our QC will inspect and test the welding line by X-ray machine and issue the QC card .

4.For the polish process ,our QC will use surface roughness meter to check the polish grade whether reach to the requirment and issue the QC card .

5.After production ,the equipments chamber and jacket will hydrotest to check the equipments whether leakage and issue hydrotest report documents.

6.Tools and Calibrated instruments

All the tools and instruments would be calibrated in a routine period.

7.Packings&Delivery

We use more robust wooden cases to pack the machine for safe transportation.

8.we will afford the full set QA and QC documents with equipments for shipment
